Note: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to assist.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, let us know immediately. We’ll take full responsibility for issues arising from production or shipping. To expedite your request, please provide:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • A description of the issue

Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. In most cases, you won’t need to return the item.

Important: This policy does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us with your order details. We’ll prioritize your case and offer a refund or replacement.

Note: Claims must be submitted within 2 months of the order date. After this period, tracking information may expire, limiting our ability to assist.
